It was a five-year uninterrupted dedication to transform this vision into a reality. He personally designed Kalintis from a name to complete construction of its facilities, involved in cost, equipment, set-up, manpower, government liaison & finance. He is still active in every element of the business ranging from operations, quality, regulatory, product development & commercial pipeline and continues to support short-term & long-term strategy.

Rasik was one of the Co-Founders or Corepharma LLC., a full-fledged US generic pharmaceutical company, where he serves as the V.P of Operations and Director of the Board. The company was sold to Roundtable Healthcare in 2005. He was a Partner & Managing Director of Apicore, a US pharmaceutical company focused on the development of high-value API’s. Later, Rasik became an Investor & Director of Synerx, a US based virtual pharmaceutical company. Both Apicore & Synerx were indecently acquired by Mylan.

At present is a Partner & President in Leading Pharma LLC., a full fledge US based pharmaceutical company involved in R&D, Formulation, & Distribution [Marketing].
